What latency means
Audio latency is the delay between an event and the sound reaching you. Bluetooth codecs, operating-system buffering, browser scheduling and the audio device all contribute.
Interpret with caution
Browser timing is useful for comparisons on the same device but is not a substitute for loopback hardware measurement.
